Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Shaking and Pressing Department, you will help ensure quality for our customers by performing a 20-point inspection and pressing garments for a finished appearance.

We offer a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, immediate opening, on-the-job training, and a benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Press garments on a pressing machine
• Visually inspect garments for tears, holes, stains and damage
• Ensure garments pass the UniFirst 20-point uniform inspection process
• Follow safety policies and procedures

What you’ll be doing:

• Press garments on a pressingmachine
• Visually inspect all garmentsfor tears, holes, stains and damage
• Ensure all garments pass theUniFirst 20-point uniform inspection process
• Followall safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Performother duties as described by area supervisor or management

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to lift garments no more than 10 lbs. at a time and push heavy carts no more than 50 lbs
