Job summary

AJ Rose Manufacturing Company in Avon, OH is seeking Production Team Members for Press Operators and Machine Operators on a full-time basis. The 2nd shift starts at 3:30 pm with regular overtime, and manufacturing experience is helpful.

We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include operating metal stamping presses, loading parts, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Record production information accurately.

What You’ll Do
