We are currently seeking Production Machine Operators to join the team in our East Springfield Corrugated Packaging facility. We will train the right candidate. Experience is valued. • Starting payrate of $18.32, once out of training and probationary (60) days, pay increases to $20.10
  • Shift available
    • 7AM - 3PM plus OT
      • Requires Saturdays 10am-3pm (every other Saturday)

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Attendance Record and solid work history
• Excellent safety record
• You must be able to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math. Skills will be tested.
• A great work ethic!
• Available to work 1st shift and every other Saturday
• Strong focus on Quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, bend throughout a shift
• Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus, Printing experience very helpful
• Basic English Language skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
• Offer contingent on passing background screening, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
