Job summary

Lightweight Manufacturing, a Seaman Corporation company, is hiring a Production Team Member on the first shift at our on-site Pennsylvania facility. You will work with experienced operators to learn the full production process, from material handling to supporting machine operation.

We offer an $18.50 per hour starting wage, day-one medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match after 30 days, 10 paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and bonuses tied to company performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Basic knowledge of measurements (metric knowledge a plus).
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Full-Time Production Team Members (First Shift)

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 4:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (40 hrs/week; hours may vary)
Location:On‑site manufacturing role

What You’ll Do

New team members will work alongside experienced machine operators to learn all aspects of the production process, including:

• Handling and preparing materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing)
• Supporting machine operation and workflow
• Learning blueprint reading and gaining the skills needed to operate RF equipment independently
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• HS Diploma/GED required
• Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E‑Verify participant)

• Basic knowledge of measurements (Knowledge of the metric system a plus!)

• Ability to work as a part of a team

The role involves physical tasks such as bending, standing, working on the floor, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing.
