Tarkett in Florence, Alabama is seeking a Production Team Member to join the manufacturing team. You will promote safety and utilize 5S and continuous improvement practices to deliver quality products on time. You will operate equipment, move materials, inspect quality, and contribute to projects for efficiency.

Candidates should be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-temperature controlled environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Support safety culture by following safety rules and promoting improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness of operations, equipment and facility.
• Operate forklift.
• Move and label material/product throughout the process.
• Inspect product to ensure quality throughout production.
• Package and label material/product accurately.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Notify supervisor of defective material, equipment, or tools.
• Participate in projects and drive improvements and efficiency with others.
