Clayton Manufacturing in Texas invites motivated team members to join our Home Building Group as Home Building Team Members. You will perform assigned production operations, follow safe work methods, and help keep production efficient and safe in a collaborative environment.

This role emphasizes reading orders, coordinating with team leaders, and contributing to quality and productivity while complying with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Even-tempered and positive attitude with teamwork through communication.
• No recent Final written disciplinary actions in the last 6 months; reliable attendance.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.
• Willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader to plan activities and communicate material shortages or quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
