Qualifications

• Team-based production work experience preferred.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.
• Must follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and positive attitude for teamwork.
• Ability to learn from feedback and adapt to changes.
• Must meet attendance standards and avoid disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe with OSHA compliance.
• Work in a team to produce products meeting quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets and keep areas clean and orderly; report maintenance needs.
• Assist leaders in planning manufacturing activities and communicating material shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
