Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection tasks as directed to meet production standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety and quality regulations.
  • Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities to the team lead or supervisor.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, etc.
  • Execute daily process improvement using lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Maintain work area by the use of 6S principals
  • Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your supervisor or manager immediately

About the Role:

The Production Team Member I plays a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by performing essential tasks that ensure products are assembled, packaged, and prepared according to company standards. This entry-level position focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment while adhering to quality control guidelines. The individual will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Attention to detail and consistency are critical to producing high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the overall success of the production line and the company’s commitment to excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pay Range

The hiring range for this role is $20.00 to $24.00 hourly. The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
