Production Team Member

• 1st Shift - 06:55am - 03:00pm

Hourly Wage starting at $18.81 (overtime available)

• 1st Shift - 06:55am - 03:00pm

Location: Old Fort, NC

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the foundation of all activities
• Follow standardized work instructions
• Conduct visual inspection & labeling of parts
• Participate in improvement idea programs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions
• Comfort with computers; Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
• Capable of performing physical tasks with reasonable accommodation
• Mechanically inclined skill set required
• Ability to pass certification for forklift and crane operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Experience in manufacturing preferred, not required
• Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
