Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking dependable team members to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. Openings span screenprint and embroidery, including machine operation, quality control, production support, and finishing roles. Training is available for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth within a growing decorative apparel manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are important.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, screenprint, embroidery, warehouse, or production is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate screenprint, embroidery, or heat press equipment.
• Load and unload garments during production.
• Inspect apparel for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Monitor production runs and identify issues.
• Sort, fold, count, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain production standards and efficiency goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production schedules
