Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise daily production operations, coach a diverse crew, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Production Manager, set expectations, and resolve issues in real time while supporting individual and team growth in a Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm schedule. The pay ranges from $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (problem resolution, sound judgement, pro-active, flexible, diplomatic and result-oriented).
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and coaching ability.
• Reliable, organized, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Good attendance record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and provide direct team support.
• Train team members on job tasks, safety, and company policies.
• Conduct daily/weekly check-ins and report performance or attendance concerns.
• Motivate and coach employees to hit quality and output goals.
• Use work orders and reports to manage workflow and priorities.
• Approve payroll and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet goals.
• Address safety issues promptly and follow OSHA standards.
• Create a respectful, team-first environment through strong communication.
• Maintain Lakeshirts' acceptable standard of quality; meet goals in the area of garments per employee hour, on-time percentages, and error rate.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Lakeshirts, our Team Leads are hands-on, people-focused leaders responsible for guiding their team through daily production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports team success through clear communication, training, and coaching. You'll set expectations, solve problems in real-time, and help maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment.

We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a calm, motivating presence, and the ability to manage priorities while supporting individual and team growth.

SCHEDULE
