Job summary

Universal Pure in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Production Team Member to support a cold, warehouse-forward manufacturing environment. The role involves packing/unpacking, loading cylinders for the HPP machine, pallet stacking, labeling and dating products, plus sanitation duties as assigned.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold/wet setting with safety and teamwork as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience in refrigeration, warehousing, production or manufacturing.
• MHE/Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mental math.
• Must communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to balance productivity, quality and safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Able to work in a cold/wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking the product.
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine.
• Stacking and building pallets.
• Labeling and code dating product.
• Sanitation duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
