Job summary

Universal Pure is seeking a Production Team Member to support daily manufacturing, packing, and palletization in a cold, warehouse environment. You will rotate along the line under supervision, following safety and quality procedures to keep production on schedule.

The role requires standing 10–12 hours, strict attendance, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. We offer benefits, vacation, and opportunities for growth within a caring culture.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing.
• Forklift/MHE experience.
• Ability to perform basic mental math.
• Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, write).
• Ability to balance productivity, quality and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
• Ability to stand for 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking the product.
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine.
• Stacking and building pallets.
• Labeling and dating product.
• Sanitation duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
