Menards Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Production Team Member for the Bagging Line – Aggregates. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient operation of bagging machines, packaging aggregates, and maintaining quality during shifts from 6PM to 6AM.

You will set up equipment, monitor conveyors, perform basic troubleshooting, and keep the area clean to support safe operations. No prior experience is necessary, with paid training and clear paths to leadership as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregates (sand, gravel, concrete mix).
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight and sealing.
• Ensure smooth flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Clear jams and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for safety.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to hit daily goals.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment.

Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include forklift operation, machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company.

Production Operator – (Bagging Line - Aggregates) - 2nd shift (6PM until 6AM)

$21.05/HR (Shift Premium included) + $3/HR for weekend work

Schedule: 6AM-6PM, 2-week rotating schedule with every other full weekend off.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
