Production Team Member - 3rd Shift (M-Th) - Sweetwater, TN

Job Summary

The role involves performing various duties in an industrial manufacturing environment, including making polymer concrete products following specified instructions. The shift is from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints
• Prepare molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect products
• Maintain accurate production records
• Inspect materials and products for defects
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to learn manufacturing processes
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
