Job summary

Columbia Forest Products is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift on a part-time basis at our Newport, VT facility. You will rotate through multiple manufacturing tasks, operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates read blueprints or tape measures, follow detailed instructions, and work safely with PPE. Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal job instructions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide constructive feedback to improve operations.
• Commitment to safety by using PPE in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, forklift traffic, machine noise, and temperature changes.
