Job summary

Land O'Frost Kentucky Plant in Madisonville is hiring for 2nd shift Production Team Members (3:15pm - 1:45am). Starting pay is $18.71/hour with a $0.80/hour shift differential. Full-time benefits include health care, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

The role involves inspecting products, monitoring equipment, and assisting with line setup in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or General Labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect meat product for quality as it is placed in film cavities and packed in cases.
• Inspect finished packages to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor equipment for any jams as production runs.
• Assist with changeovers and setting up the line.
• Assist in salvaging rework and reconditioning packages.
• Pack products into cases and palletize boxes.
• Follow all rules and procedures as they pertain to Safety, Food Safety, Quality, GMP procedures, and Land O' Frost Standard Operating and Manufacturing Procedures.
• Keep work area and lunch area clean and sanitized at all times; empty rework pans.
