Job Summary

The Production Team Member ensures the safe production of parts, in the correct quantities, according to quality standards and within the designated timeframe. They escalate questions or issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Essential Functions

• Set up production equipment and supplies before starting.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and safety.
• Report unsafe operations immediately.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify variations affecting product quality.
• Document all work accurately.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Ensure products meet specifications; notify supervisor of non-conformances.
• Operate a forklift if required.
