Job summary

Accent Staffing is seeking a dependable Production / Manufacturing Team Member to help keep our lines running smoothly across all shifts in a stable, long-term role. You will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and support daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

This position requires basic hand tool familiarity, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Training is provided for the right candidate to develop skills on the line.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools.
• Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shift schedules (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift, and work around moving equipment.
