McIntosh Box & Pallet in Virginia is hiring a 1st Shift Production Team Member to run wood processing equipment and build specialty pallets. This role requires technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

Shifts are Monday to Thursday, 6am to 3:30pm, and Fridays, 6am to 10am. Starting pay is $15.50. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

We are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent attention to detail to join our team as a 1st Shift Production Team Member in Mineral, VA!

Shift: 6am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 10am Fridays

Pay: Starting at $15.50

Responsibilities

• Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers
• Build specialty pallets and skids
• Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing
• Keep production areas clean and organized
• Adhere to safety management standards
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility
• Operate and manage technical equipment
