Job Summary:
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include all activities associated with helping operators with job functions, set-up, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

Position Starting Pay Rate: $20.45 + shift differential ($0.44 for 2nd shift & $0.49 for 3rd shift) - After training and the probationary period, pay could be between the range of $23.28 and $27.79. The benefits for this role may i nclude short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities:

• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, and other duties as assigned.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be highly safety conscious.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.
