Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Worker to join our on-site manufacturing team in North Carolina. The role involves safely producing precast concrete products, and collaborating with teammates to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include stripping forms, preparing molds, basic carpentry, and maintaining a clean work area. Prior manufacturing or construction exposure is preferred, with a high school diploma as minimum.

• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
