What You'll Do

• Complete skill assessments to match your strengths and aptitude with a specific production role in assembly, machining, material handling, paint or weld.
• Demonstrate technical skills learned through Vermeer training sessions.

• Inspect parts and equipment to ensure quality.

• Support 5S/workplace organization goals of the department and offers suggestions and makes improvements that assist in achieving the department's performance board metrics.

What We're Looking For

• One to three months production experience and/or training preferred. Successful completion of Keys to Manufacturing Success Training Program.
• Ability to perform problem solving techniques and root cause analysis.
• Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
