Job summary

Co-Dough LLC in Newport, RI is seeking reliable Production Team Members to join our growing bakery team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with training provided; no prior bakery experience is required.

You will work with the production team preparing ingredients, handling dough, shaping, icing, packaging, and keeping production moving throughout the day. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with early morning and daytime shifts, including weekends.

Production Team Member | Co-Dough – Newport, RI

Co-Dough is looking for reliable, hardworking full-time and part-time Production Team Members to join our growing team in Newport.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role helping prepare and produce the products we serve each day. No previous bakery experience is required - we provide training.

You’ll work alongside our production team preparing ingredients, working with dough, assembling products, icing, packaging, and keeping production moving throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Help with daily food production and prep
• Prepare and measure ingredients
• Roll, shape, fill, ice, and package products
• Follow recipes and production instructions
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with dishes, cleaning, and end‑of‑shift tasks
• Jump in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly

Starting at $16/hour + pooled tips. Tips currently average approximately an additional $8-10/hour, bringing typical total earnings to around $26/hour.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Early morning, morning, and daytime shifts, including weekends.

No previous bakery experience is necessary. We’re happy to train the right person - reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
