Job description

Production Team Member

As a Production Team Member, you will:

  • Work in a modern production space with cutting-edge equipment and amenities
  • Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices
  • Operate mobile equipment and cranes
  • Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand
  • Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms
  • Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are critical

Position is considered Safety Sensitive: Work is performed in an industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.

This is a full-time hourly role with a pay range of $22.51-$31.02 per hour plus excellent benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Preferences:
    • Effective communication with team members
    • Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred
    • Ability to read and understand a tape measure
    • Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools
    • Ability to understand and apply basic math skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting may be required, with assistance provided if needed
  • Frequent standing, climbing, and reaching
  • Must wear personal protective equipment
