• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate wood processing equipment (Cut-Off saws, Notchers, Stake Pointers) to cut material and build pallets/skids.
• Move material by operating a forklift and ensure material is at the right place for efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment (e.g., changing blades, greasing).
• Keep production areas clean and organized and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines and contribute to a safe facility.

Description du poste

This position will work with wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids. This role will also be responsible for moving material by operating a forklift. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will be built properly, safely, and efficiently, and material always is at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. This individual will be responsible, hardworking, and a team player.

Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers , and Stake Pointers

Build specialty pallets and skids

Operate a forklift

Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing

Keep production areas clean and organized

Adhere to safety management standards

Comply with company policies and safety guidelines

Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility
