Universal Pure seeks a Production Team Member to operate in a cold, fast-paced environment within a food processing facility. You will rotate along the line, handling packing, loading cylinders for the HPP machine, stacking pallets, and labeling products, contributing to safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Working Conditions

• T his role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
