Job summary

Universal Pure is seeking a Production Team Member for a cold, refrigerated facility in the Malvern area to pack, load, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

You will stand for long periods, operate basic forklift/MHE, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with on-site duties and training provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • MHE/forklift experience required.
  • Ability to perform basic mental math.
  • Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Packing and unpacking the product.
  • Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine.
  • Stacking and building pallets.
  • Labeling and code dating product.
  • Sanitation duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
  • Packing and unpacking the product
  • Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
  • Stacking and building pallets
  • Labeling and code dating product
  • Sanitation duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
  • MHE/Forklift experience
  • Ability to perform basic mental math

  • Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
Working Conditions
  • This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
  • This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.

Universal Pure facilities may process, pack, and store products containing allergenic food ingredients as referenced by FDA, team members who may come in direct contact, must be able to work with these ingredients.
