Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is hiring a Production Team Member to operate in a cold, refrigerated facility. You will pack/unpack products, load/unload cylinders for the HPP machine, stack pallets, label products, and maintain sanitation standards.

This is a fast-paced role requiring precision and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift/MHE experience, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand 10–12 hours, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

  • Forklift or MHE experience preferred.
  • Able to lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to stand 10–12 hours in a cold environment and work in a fast-paced team.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
  • Packing and unpacking the product
  • Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
  • Stacking and building pallets

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
  • MHE/Forklift experience
  • Ability to perform basic mental math
  • Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
  • Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
  • Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
Working Conditions
  • This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
  • This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.

Hourly Employees: Universal Pure facilities may process, pack, and store products containing allergenic food ingredients as referenced by FDA, team members who may come in direct contact, must be able to work with these ingredients.
