Job summary

Universal Pure is seeking Production Team Members for night shifts in a cold storage facility. The role involves rotating along the production line and handling packaging, loading cylinders for the HPP machine, pallet stacking, and labeling products.

The job requires a high school diploma, experience in refrigeration or warehouse settings, and the ability to work 10–12 hour shifts in a cold environment, often overnight. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:

• Packing and unpacking the product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
• Previous experience working overnight shifts highly preferred (730PM to 600AM)
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally
• Ability to stand for 10–12-hour shifts.

Working Conditions

• T his role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.

Summary

We have multiple openings for this role on our night shifts.

We run a 4-day/10-hour shift from Monday to Thursday 7:30pm to 6:00am.

We also run a 3-day/12-hour shift from Friday to Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am.
