Position Overview: As a Production Team Member, you will perform fixturing and inspections to create products that exceed customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties

1. Follow all safety policies and procedures to produce quality parts.
2. Report quality issues and assist in troubleshooting.
3. Read and interpret drawings.
4. Use standard measuring and inspection equipment.

Expectations

To succeed in this role, candidates should be able to:

• Learn skills beyond primary duties.
• Operate machinery.
• Show initiative.
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push or pull heavy loads with assistive equipment.
• Have experience with relevant equipment and machines.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
