Objective of the Position: Oversees, monitors, and coordinates Production Team Members' activities, emphasizing individual contributions and overall team achievement in meeting policy deployment objectives.

Essential Accountabilities: The incumbent ensures that:

  1. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist team members in solving work-related issues.
  2. Monitor product/process quality, conduct quality audits, maintain quality systems, and perform other related tasks.
  3. Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
  4. Examine materials or products for weld defects such as cracks, pits, and incomplete welds.
  5. Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
  6. Understand all Production Team Members’ responsibilities.
  7. Participate in daily activities as required.
  8. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  9. Reject defective parts, mark defect types on parts, containers, or inspection tags.
  10. Maintain 5S standards in the department and participate in audit processes.
  11. Train new employees.

Secondary Accountabilities include ensuring compliance with legal requirements, supporting HSE policies, promoting quality improvements, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirement Profile:

Professional Background / Basic Qualifications / Work Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of related manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to use calipers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
