Job Description

* Manage the assigned area to ensure safety, quality, production, cost control, and continuous improvement objectives are met, while providing technical support and training to employees.
* Oversee and implement Lean initiatives within responsible areas.
* Conduct Flash 5 meetings and one-on-one conversations to communicate company policies, objectives, and performance feedback.
* Ensure on-time completion of products in the assigned shipping bays.
* Ensure all materials used are correctly charged to the appropriate jobs.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Coordinate final quality checks of breakers, interfacing with quality inspection personnel, and providing feedback.
* Review daily shortage reports and inform the supervisor of potential parts shortages.
* Assist in disassembly processes in shipping as needed.
* Provide cross-functional support and assist with other product coordinator tasks.
* Communicate weekly reviews with the supervisor.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* PC knowledge required

Education Requirements

* HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing or supervisory experience.
