Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe work environment in a manufacturing and packaging setting.
• Lead the production team, assign work, and monitor performance to meet quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to align schedules and production plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP standards across operations.
• Train, motivate, and develop production employees.
• Review processes for continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Oversee ERP and OEE data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Support plant audits and SQF compliance as needed.
