Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the production room, support the Production Manager, and ensure efficient workflows and quality standards. This role offers growth in a dynamic thrift store setting.

You will coach team members, participate in safety training, and collaborate to meet production goals while maintaining guidelines and schedules. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for teamwork and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments per instructions and routines.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Thrift/retail/warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the production room, ensuring efficient workflow and production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for processed merchandise.
• Collaborate with production team to meet production goals and improve productivity.
• Coach and develop production team members and ensure safety procedures are followed.
