Lincoln Premium Poultry in Fremont, NE is seeking a Production Associate to assist the production supervisor across departments, helping manage daily workflow and ensure product quality.

You will perform routine tasks on the line, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, train teammates, and comply with HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs while working in a refrigerated environment and adhering to safety and PPE policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with leadership mentality.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (45-50°F).
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting with frequent changes.
• Must pass required physical including lifting as needed.
• Able to stand or walk for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Must wear job-specific PPE as designated.

Responsabilités

• Assist production supervisor in all aspects of the production area.
• Monitor team performance, troubleshoot problems, and assign personnel.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and handle product through lines.
• Train team members and new employees.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.
• Follow directions from supervisor and maintain safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and attend trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
