Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production.
• Leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to write and speak in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read measurements and work with dimensions accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and help ensure production schedules are met.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues.
