Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to operate and maintain equipment in a high-volume production environment. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, efficiency and cost targets while leading a shift of team members to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing leadership, and strong English communication. The position requires the ability to work from 6:30 a.m.
Starting Wage - $20.00 w/ $0.75 raise every six months (up to top out rate of $26.00 per hour at 48 months).
Hours - 6:30a to 3:15p OT/weekends as needed

Position Summary: Operate and maintain equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for meeting plant targets for safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
The employee needs to be capable of working on their feet for long periods of time and occasionally will be required to lift up to 30 pounds.
This position is a typical manufacturing environment with a high noise level. Personal protective equipment will be required.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
