You will train team members, optimize line performance, and lead short daily meetings under supervision. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen activities to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installations & equipment start according to standards and OK starts
• Detect reliability abnormalities and trigger standard reactions
• Lead daily meetings under supervisor delegation and supervise operators
• Train team members in work stations to reach quality and productivity standards and support Kaizen initiatives
