Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced production knowledge & experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CNC, grinding, welding, stamping, or heat-treat operations.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive results.
• Ability to prioritize work and make decisions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and teamwork to optimize production performance.
• Increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, coordinate maintenance and set-ups.
• Set example for quality and housekeeping.
• Maintain records of maintenance reports, scrap, SPC charts, time and attendance.
• Lead and coach employees, mentor and empower to foster teamwork.
• Perform routine quality audits.
• Enforce safety guidelines.
