Cavco Industries Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to supervise daily operations in the absence of management, craft shift schedules, assign duties to staff, and provide hands-on support across workstations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills, with prior experience as a Shift Leader or in retail-oriented environments. You will work on-site as part of a dynamic production team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar retail role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities of workers in product assembly and oversees shift in absence of manager.
• Plans departmental work by checking schedules, specifications, and priorities.
• Designates duties and leads department activities.
• Revises assignments based on priorities and availability.
• Explains and demonstrates assembly line procedures and techniques.
• Interprets specifications and work orders for staff.
• Requisitions, obtains, and distributes supplies and materials.
• Assists workers with technical problems and informs supervisor of complex issues.
• Reads and maintains production and attendance reports and waste reports.
