Role Summary

The Team Leader oversees production cells, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This on-site role reports to the Value Stream Leader in Duncan, SC.

Responsibilities

1. Spearhead and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address performance gaps.
3. Prioritize safety to ensure a risk-free environment for associates.
4. Train and onboard new associates.
5. Advocate for quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, with ERP systems like SAP.
• Leadership skills to train, lead, and mentor teams.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in cleanroom environments.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance in pharma/biotech industries.
