Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced Production Lead to supervise daily electronics assembly operations. This hands-on role combines problem solving, mentoring, and hands-on machine operation to keep production on schedule.

You will lead a small team, review work instructions, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with $25–$30/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience.
• Leadership Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.
• IPC certification or technical training is helpful but not required.
