Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Hanover Park, IL is seeking production operators to operate machine tools and related processing equipment to manufacture products per specifications and schedules.

You will move and sort raw materials and finished goods, monitor output quality, and maintain accurate daily production records to support performance analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/ cost/ wastage targets and quality standards
• Moving, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Administering accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
