WORK TYPE: On Site

LOCATION DETAILS: 950 E Ave K , Grand Prairie Tx

WORK HOURS: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Monday-Friday, OT as needed and during peak operations from July-Dec each year.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a member of the Production team, the Team Lead is a critical role within our operation and is responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced, problem solving issues and supporting our production team.

What You Will Do

• Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Ensure the delivery schedule is being achieved daily, while maintaining the highest quality
• Monitor productivity levels for employees to ensure daily metrics are met
• Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to move insure completion and quality
