Position Overview:The Team Lead’s primary responsibilities include the those of the Inspection Operator Level 1 through Level 3 as needed. The Team Lead is trained and capable of maintaining day-to-day production operations within the Inspection Operator team. The Team Lead is capable of supporting the Shift Supervisor primarily and/or performing duties carried out by the Shift Supervisor as required. The Team Lead reports to the Shift Supervisor and receives training-related guidance as needed.
