IRCA Group is seeking a motivated Production Team Lead for the night shift (alternate weekends) to supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality and food safety, and drive team efficiency on the floor. • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, USDA, etc.).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform production tasks as needed to support team performance and output.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Lead (Night Shift - Alternate Weekends) to join our team. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team efficiency in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
