Job summary

Taylor Corporation seeks Temporary Production Support Workers to join the team this holiday season. This is a full-time position with training provided to help you meet production targets and maintain quality. You will assist operators, perform hand operations, and support packing and labeling tasks while following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators in a variety of areas.
• Apply labels to products, cut, wrap, and use tape dispensers; perform repetitive foot/hand motions as needed.
• Pack products in boxes and seal lids; inspect for quality defects.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials on pallets as work progresses.
• Read and follow job instructions to produce orders per specification.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and standards.

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for Temporary Production Support Workers to join the Taylor Team this holiday season. We’re offering full-time positions with training is provided!

Work Authorization:

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist equipment operators in a variety of areas.
• Perform various hand operations such as applying labels to products, cut, wrap products, use tape dispensers and the use of feet for flexion/repetitive motion as in operating foot controls.
• Pack products in boxes and tape lids of boxes shut appropriately for proper shipping while inspecting product for any quality defects.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as it accumulates on delivery tables of specific equipment.
• Responsible for reading and following specific job instructions to produce an order according to specification.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and standards.

You Must Have:

• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English Language.

• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
