Job summary

DanHil Containers is seeking dedicated Machine Assistants to join our production team. You will feed raw corrugated sheets into machines, catch and stack finished bundles, and work with operators to maintain flow in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and reliable attendance is essential to support continuous production.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for fractions, conversions, and measurements.
• Able to work in a noisy environment with varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load raw corrugated sheets into machines and stack finished bundles according to specifications.
• Collaborate with machine operators to maintain a steady workflow and prevent bottlenecks.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust feeding/stacking rates as needed.
• Regularly inspect products for defects to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and protocols.
