The Machine Assistant will work closely with machine operators to maintain efficiency, inspect product quality, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Due to production demands and staffing needs, this position requires flexibility to assist with additional tasks such as assembling, banding, stitching, and gluing to support the overall workflow.
